Susie Reade is a Skin Care, Makeup and Color professional with almost 40 years of experience. She began as an entrepreneur while still working as a school reading specialist. She was introduced and later became a premier trainer with, Artistry, now the #2 prestige global beauty brand. Married now for 50 years, she has successfully taught business ownership to countless beauty professionals while balancing a family. When she isn’t doing makeup or business training, you’ll find Susie with a crossword puzzle, helping in the community alongside her fellow Red Hat ladies, or telling you about something she learned on the Dr. Oz show (she LOVES him!)!

Kara Reade Gomez followed Susie’s footsteps. She has 20+ years of experience and many publishings for her skin care guidance and makeup work. Inspired by her own wedding, The Best Face Forward team was born while working full-time in a prior career. Husband Jo, her biggest cheerleader, proudly knows more about beauty than most men combined. You'll likely see a lot of her kiddos,Cruz- the Chief Cuddle Officer and Lola- who heads up the Department of Dimples (pictured below)! Easy ways to Kara’s heart include anything to do with pandas, her pet bunny Winnie, sushi, Slurpees, episodes of the Amazing Race, or Dateline (anyone with a hookup to Keith Morrison will be her new best friend), or a good Commanders game!
